04. Fares and Fees

The fare for your transfer will be transparently displayed during the booking process and will be based on factors such as the distance traveled, the type of vehicle you select (we offer a variety of options to suit your needs and budget), and any additional services you request (e.g., meet and greet service).

We reserve the right to adjust fares without prior notice; however, the fare you see at the time of booking will be the final price you pay, unless unforeseen circumstances arise (explained below). We may also apply additional fees for wait times exceeding a reasonable grace period after the scheduled pick-up time, tolls incurred during the journey, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., road closures due to accidents or inclement weather).

05. Cancellations and Modifications

We expect a respectful and safe environment for both our drivers and passengers. You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party. Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner and comply with all instructions from the driver. Our drivers are professionals and deserve to be treated courteously. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits disruptive, unsafe, or threatening behavior.

6.2. Luggage

We have limitations on the size and quantity of luggage we can accommodate in our vehicles to ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers. Please contact us for details on luggage restrictions. If you have an excessive amount of luggage exceeding these limitations, it may be subject to additional charges or we may be unable to transport it altogether.

6.3. Prohibited Items

For safety reasons and to comply with regulations, certain items are strictly prohibited from being transported in our vehicles. This includes illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, and other items deemed inappropriate by the driver.
